RouteDrop is the product at routedrop.ai. Write us at [email protected]. We rank USPS EDDM routes and make mailing-statement and face-slip PDFs that you print yourself. Today the live site is a waitlist plus a free face-slip tool. Here's what we collect, who sees it, and how to get off the list.
Who we are
RouteDrop, at routedrop.ai. Email: [email protected]. That's the name we operate under. We don't have a company letterhead or a postal address to put here.
The waitlist
If you join, we need your email. That's the only required field. You can skip the rest.
Optional answers, if you give them: what describes you (userGroup), a short "something else" note (userGroupOther), which plan you looked at (plan), whether you've run EDDM (eddmExperience), typical mail volume (mailVolume), the worst part today (worstPart), and a ZIP you'd mail first (zip).
No name. No phone. No card.
If the form can't send, we open your email app so you can write us yourself. That's your mail, not extra data we take in the background.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't set cookies. Your browser may keep two small notes of its own:
sessionStorage routedrop_plan — which pricing tier you clicked, for this visit.
localStorage routedrop_signed_up — so we don't send your waitlist row twice from this browser.
Clearing your browser data wipes those notes. It does not delete your waitlist row. That stays until you ask us to remove it, or the waitlist ends.
The face-slip tool
ZIP, route, and business name stay in your browser and on the printout. We do not POST them to our servers. We only count that someone used the tool.
Who else sees data
We don't sell or rent your information. There are no ads on this site. We don't run a CRM. These companies help us run the site:
Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative. The waitlist form goes to them. They email it to [email protected], and they store the submissions. Their stack uses AWS and Cloudflare. Spam filters may see your IP and email. They are the processor. We are the controller.
Plausible Analytics (EU). Pageviews and button events. They hash your IP to make a daily visitor id. They don't store the raw IP. No cookies.
Cloudflare. They host the site, so they see IP addresses.
Google Fonts. Your browser fetches our typefaces from Google, so Google gets your IP.
Why we keep it
To build the product, and to email you about early access and launch. One email at launch, maybe two before. This is not a newsletter.
How long
We keep your waitlist row until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist ends. Web3Forms also keeps a copy on their own clock. Asking us to delete you takes you off our list. Their copy follows their schedule.
Opt out
Email [email protected] with "delete me". We'll take you off. Launch mail will have a way to unsubscribe. We don't have an email service yet, so we can't put a link on every message until then.
Kids
RouteDrop is for businesses. We don't try to collect information from anyone under 13.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other sites. We don't sell or share your data for ads. A Do Not Track signal doesn't change much here, because we aren't doing that kind of tracking.
If this page changes
We'll update the date at the top. If we start using your email for something new, we'll say so here. We won't bury it.
